Initial commit of IISExpressGUI version 1.0b to be modified a little bit before releasing 1.0 and then to be enhanced because code is horrible.

Add browse button to specify the path of the web site.

modify url with link and edit button to change it to http label + 2 textboxes

add IDataErrorInfo to websiteviewmodel

For the first release could be enough to check for existence and warn the user.
If ApplicationHost.config is not found IISExpress is launched to configure the default website.

This is a beta version

Tested on Windows Xp (IISExpress 7.5) and Windows 8 (IISExpress 8.0)

Works with default installation path for IISExpress
Manages only web sites configured in IIS Express applicationhost.config
Works with default path for applicationhost.config
Application expects that applicationhost.config exists

Features:

- browse button for Physical Path
- Ask user if iisexpress must be run once in order for it to create applicationhost.config file (with beta version IISExpress is supposed to have runned at least once before)
